The firm’s principal, Gar Rector offers over twenty-five years of experience and expertise in his field.  Gar studied architecture in the 80’s before obtaining his contractors license in the 90’s, a move that has provided numerous benefits.  His architectural background allows him to integrate design and engineering concepts with his hands-on knowledge of modern building materials and construction practices, allowing the client’s and architect’s vision to be faithfully implemented. 

Over the years, the company has made significant investments in forming an association of superb subcontractors and employees who share GRA’s focus on quality. 

His seasoned core team has worked for GRA for many years, a process that has refined their skills, collaboration, and work efficiency.
